I had my birthday at Swiss by Han at the end of April. There were about 18 of us – 16 took part in the Bo Ssam dinner – we did Set #1. We didn’t really know what to except as it was the first time going and we booked through “Open Table”.
What an absolute delight to find that the food was incredible! The Spicy pork neck tacos – don’t let the neck through you off – where so great! Followed by the Ginger-soy glazed chicken drumettes were the perfect starters. After The “Bo Ssäm” Special – described as lettuce wrap meat with amazing sauces – don’t be afraid to try it with the oyster! Just Yummy! We had to take a short break (as there was so much food!) to finish with the Swish beef.
The restaurant was totally accommodating, service was excellent. We had a chance to talk to the executive chef/general manager – Leeto Han who gave us an orientation on each dish. The server was good – we had her running between our table and the bar make us drinks – also declicious!
The 2 friends that joined us later – were wishing they had dinner with us but did have dessert and loved every bite!
Would very much recommend!
P.S. great location – lots of entertainment choices in the area within walking distance
